Product description
Tadalafil is a vasodilator prescribed for the treatment of high blood pressure in the lungs (pulmonary hypertension). It is prescribed mainly for dogs but is also occasionally prescribed for cats. Tadalafil works by relaxing and widening the blood vessels in the lungs which allows the blood to flow more easily. Decreasing high blood pressure in the lungs allows the heart and lungs to work better. Tadalafil is available on Vetito veterinary pharmacy in tablets, in four strengths: 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, and 20 mg. These tablets can be given with or without food.
Active ingredients
Each tablet contains 2.5 mg, 5 mg, 10 mg, or 20 mg of tadalafil USP.
Inactive ingredients: colloidal silicon dioxide, copovidone, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, lactose monohydrate, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, polyoxyl 40 hydrogenated castor oil, talc, titanium dioxide and triacetin.
